Ekushey Award-winning veteran actor ATM Shamsuzzaman along with lustrous actresses Shamima Tusty and Anny Khan are coming together for the first time in the ongoing drama serial titled ‘Mohaguru’. The drama serial is scripted by Rizwan Khan and directed by Kaiser Ahmed.

Earlier, ATM Shamsuzzaman and Tusty first worked together in the popular drama serial ‘Bhober Haat’. However, with the latest addition Anny, this will be the trio’s first time working together.

DhakaLive has news that the artistes have already completed their shooting this week for ‘Mohaguru’ at a shooting house located in Uttara.

In the drama serial, ATM Shamsuzzaman has been seen portraying the central role while Tusty will be seen playing the character of Shila and Anny Khan will be seen playing multiple roles.  

ATM Shamsuzzaman said, “Recently, I have limited myself from acting as much as possible.  If the story is not liked by me or if I find there is no room for acting, then I do not feel intrigued working in such projects. However, I found the Kaiser Ahmed’s drama serial’s story, according to my liking.”

“Kaiser Ahmed is a good-hearted man and also a talented director. He really knows how to value the artistes”, he added.

 Tusty shared her experience, “I have worked earlier under Kaiser Ahmed’d direction many times. My first project with him was ‘Eke Shunne Dosh’. Working with ATM Shamsuzzaman is a matter of good fortunate for me as there are many things to learn from him.  I also like his performance a lot.”

Anny said, “I have worked with ATM Shamsuzzaman in a movie once, but let’s not bring that subject. This is my first time working with him in any small screen project. I am grateful to the director for the chance to work beside an actor like ATM Shamsuzzaman.”

Drama serial ‘Mohaguru’ is being telecasted every Sunday and Monday at 9:05pm on Banglavision. l
