CHATTOGRAM: Three persons were killed in separate incidents in the port city on Wednesday night, reports BSS.

Two persons were killed in separate road accidents while another was stabbed to death in the city.

Miscreants stabbed Mahbub Rana (35), a resident of Sitakunda upazila, to death in the hilly area under the Double Mooring Police Station Wednesday night, said officer in-charge of the police station AKM Mohiuddin Selim.

Mohammad Rifat (35), son of Shahadat Hossen, received head injury by knocking a bus at WASA intersection last night while Kabir Hossen (22), son of Mofizur Rahman, was crushed under a vehicle at New Market area at about 2:50 am, said assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Alauddin Talukder of Chattagram Medical College Hospital police outpost. Locals brought them to the CMCH, but doctors on duty declared them dead.
