Md Nezam Uddin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Sadarghat police station, said the four arrestees picked Mehedi Hasan, 12, a seventh grade student of Chittagong Central Public School and College on Saturday while he was returning home after  attending school. On information, police nabbed three from Madarbari Balurmath area at around 3am. Gleaning information from them police nabbed other one from West Madarbari area, the official said.

“We also recovered the school bag and pant of the victim from the spot of the incident. The victim was admitted to hospital,” added the OC.
