Two consecutive shows of ‘Morshokam’ at BSA

Theatre Art Unit is going to stage two consecutive shows of its play titled ‘Morshokam’ today and tomorrow evening at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) in Segun Bagicha of the capital.

Written by Mahin Eka, the play—which is the 19th production of the troupe— has been directed by Rokeya Rafiq Baby. The play has already become a subject of the discussion as the writer and director are the mother and daughter.

The play has been written based on the foreign policy of the most powerful superpower in the current political scene of the world. This is the foreign policy that by which the political future of all the repressed countries has been controlled since decades. It is not that no revolution or protest has been taking place against this foreign policy. Rather, the protest is underway and it will be continued in the future. But the conspiracy theory of this policy devours all discourses of the revolution.
