‘Noashal’ continues airing for four years

Veteran actors ATM Shamsuzzaman and Khairul Alam Sabuj have been acting together in the immensely popular drama serial ‘Noashal’ from its beginning on RTV since 2014. The drama serial has been directed by audience-admired actor-director Mir Sabbir and by combining the talents of the three artistes, they are entertaining the audiences for the last four years.

Mainly, the story of the drama serial began with two influential persons of Mohanpur village. They are Shahabuddin, played by ATM Shamsuzzaman, and Kubbat Ali, portrayed by Khairul Alam Sabuj, hail from Noakhali and Barisal respectively. Their families live closely together for a long time and share a wonderful relationship, but they also get involved in quarrels on different issues which often causes commotion.

However, forgetting their clashes, they live happily again like earlier. As the members of these two families are from Noakhali and Barisal region, the villagers fondly call them ‘Noa-shal’ together as they enjoy their commotions.

ATM Shamsuzzaman said, “I have never worked in a drama serial for this long. I congratulate Mir Sabbir for his immense dedication towards making this drama serial. Alongside being a good actor, he is also a talented director. I always get positive feedback from people because of my acting in this drama serial.”

Khairul Alam Sabuj said, “From the beginning, I am really enjoying acting in ‘Noashal’. I feel really happy when I get feedback from audiences for my acting, which I enjoy a lot also. Without a doubt, Mir Sabbir is a good director.”

Mir Sabbir said, “ATM Shamsuzzaman and Khairul Alam Sabuj are both legendary artistes. I feel pleased and honoured that they have acted under my direction. I am really thankful to them. For the last four years, they gave me love and care as well as taught me a lot.”

‘Noashal’ is being aired every Monday to Wednesday at 9:05pm on RTV.
