Three people were killed and four others injured in a road accident on Cox's Bazar-Teknaf Marine Drive at Khuniapalong in Ramu upazila of Cox's Bazar yesterday, reports UNB. Two of the deceased were identified as CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver Nurul Absar, 26, son of Syed Hossain of Baharchara Shamapur Puranpara in Teknaf upazila, and Saidul Islam, 55, son of late Haji Sikandar of the same area.  Abdul Halim, in-charge of Himchhari police camp, said an Inani sea beach-bound tourist bus collided with a three-wheeler near Pachardip Govt Primary School around 11:45am, leaving Nurul and an unidentified man dead on the spot and five other people injured. The injured were taken to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital where Saidul succumbed to his injuries.
