On December 21, the first metro vehicle developed for Hong Kong by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock rolled off the assembly line. It is the first train built by China’s largest metro vehicle project, and is also built to the highest ever fire safety ratings in the world.
