Bangladesh ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan reached Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah Hajj, accompanied by his wife Umme Ahmed Shishir and daughter Alaina Hasan Aubrey. As pictures revealed in the social media outlet, that went viral, the star all-rounder was seen with compatriot film star Anonto Jalil and former national team opener Shahriar Nafees, both of them went to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah Hajj.

Shakib flew to Sharjah to play the inaugural T10 tournament for Kerala Kings as soon as the fifth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League was ended. However despite no assignment currently, Shakib Al Hasan has recently been in the news as the report was published that he is unlikely to be retained by his IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders in the next season. The KKR might release him since there is bar that the franchisees this season could retain only five players including just two foreign players.

Shakib Al Hasan’s agent confirmed the star all-rounder will be back in the country on 24th of December. The practice camp of the national for the upcoming Tri-nation series and Test series against Sri Lanka starts on December 27.
