BARISAL: A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinee was allegedly killed over a conflict between senior and junior in Ruptali area of the city on Sunday night, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Abu Saleh, 18, son of Liton Mridha of Sher-e-Bangla road area of the city and an SSC examinee from science group from Nuria Secondary School. Victim's maternal uncle Masum Billah said there was a enmity between Saleh and Hridoy Rahman, a son of Ataur Rahman Sujon of the area and a first year student of Sayed Hatem Ali College, over a hassle (fighting) on November, 18 last. Following this enmity Hridoy hits Saleh with shovel on his head on Sunday night while Saleh was taking tea at a shop in front of Jahitunnesha Mohila Marasah of the area and leaving him critically injured.
