Newly appointed ambassador of Bangladesh to Greece Jashim Uddin made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban yesterday, reports BSS. During the meet, the President asked the ambassador to continue to work for brightening the image of Bangladesh. He advised the envoy to take steps to explore market for Bangladesh products, especially medicine, garments and jute goods, in Greece, President's Press Secretary Joynal Abedin said. The ambassador sought directives from the President so that he could continue to play role for improving the image of Bangladesh and strengthen Bangladesh's relations with Greece. Secretaries concerned to the President were present.
