The admission test for the first year honours courses of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) under the academic session 2017-18 will be held today, reports BSS. With CUET Vice-chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam in the chair, a meeting was held at the Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB), Chittagong, said a press release. In the meeting, CUET VC sought all-out cooperation from the representatives of all government and non-government agencies to hold the admission test in a peaceful manner, the release added.

CUET Registrar (additional charge) Professor Dr Faruque-Uz-Zaman Chowdhury, Students Welfare Director Professor Dr Mohammed Moshiul Hoque and Chief Engineer of Chittagong Development Corpo-ration (CDA) Md Jashim Uddin Chowdhury were present at the meeting, among others.
