In a letter issued by Nahidul Hasan, senior assistant director of BTRC, yesterday the telecom regulator also asked the authorities of JF Optical to explain in seven days as to why its licence should not be cancelled for breaching conditions and ignoring the commission’s directives. The government official said there was a prove that militant activities were done through JF Optic and their IP address was 103.199.86.58.

After the detection of the illegal activities by the authority, the ISP was ordered to submit all record of IP log, which is a must for all ISPs, but they fail to submit the IP Log. The regulatory Commission has decided to suspend their all business activities and requested the International Internet Gateway (IIG) to stop the supply of bandwidth to the ISP.
