Prof Dr Sultan Muhammad Razzak, president, International Culture University, has been “6th Asia’s Education Excellence Award” by The World Education Congress, CMO Asia and CMO Council, says a press release.  The award giving ceremony was held on Wednesday at “Pan Pacific Marina Square” Singapore. The criteria of award is “Education Leadership Award”. Rupon Shorma, a volunteer of International Culture University in Singapore, received the award on behalf of him. Prof Dr Sultan Muhammad Razzak, the founder of International Culture University has introduced the first virtual and research university in Bangladesh, which is mainstreaming UNESCO Convention 1972, 1954, 1970, 2001, 2003 and 2005, through online distance (cross-border)learning.
