After completing the first part shooting of a new film ‘Ekti Cinemar Golpo’ popular Indian actress Rituparna Sen will go back to India today. Under the direction of eminent actor-director Alamgir, Rituparna Sen attended the shooting of the film at FDC from September 9. The second part of the shooting will begin next month and Rituparna Sen will come again in Dhaka. The story, screenplay and dialogue of the film have been written by Alamgir himself. Asaduzzaman Majnu is the cinematographer for the film. Actor Arefin Shuvo will play a role opposite of Rituporna in the film. The other important casts of the film includes Champa, Alamgir, Syed Hasan Imam, Sadek Bachchu, Saberi Alam, Boby, Jacky Alamgir and others.
Rituparna Sen said, “I enjoyed the shooting of the film ‘Ekti Cinemar Golpo’. I did not even think that I am working somewhere outside of Kolkata, because, I think that the people of two Bengals belongs to same family.”
“Besides, Alamgir Bhai adores me as his daughter. I enjoyed working under his direction. The story of the film is so excellent that it will be very enjoyable to the viewer”, she added.
Rituparna Sen also said, “The whole team including Champa Apu, Arefin Shuvo, Sadek Bachchu, Saberi Apa helped me a lot. I always want to work such a good film for Bangladesh, so that the Bangladeshi people remind me for decades for my good works.”
Rituparna Sen-acted last Bangladeshi film was ‘Ek Cup Cha’ produced by Ferdous. Rituparna Sen won Filmfare award as best actress for the film ‘Prakton’. l
