Date-Oat-Banana Pancake

Children love pancakes very much. If you can add some additional ingredients, then they can be a healthy breakfast option for your kids. Here, I am going to give you a very easy and delicious recipe for pancakes:

Ingredients

4 eggs

10 seeded dates

2 large bananas

Oats - 1cup

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Flour - 2 cups

Butter - 4 tablespoons

 Vanilla essence - half teaspoon

 Milk - 1/2cup

Salt - 1 pinch

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Method

Mix all the ingredients in your blender. Make a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a bottle or you can use a spoon also. Heat the pan and brush the pan with butter or oil. Pour batter into the pan, according to your required size. Put a lid on, after one minute you will see some bubbles forming. Turn over the pancake and keep it on for 20 seconds. It’s done! Serve with honey or jam.

Note: You can keep any leftover batter for three days in the refrigerator.
