The results of 'Ga' and 'Cha' unit admission tests of Dhaka University for 2017-18 session were published yesterday, reports UNB.

DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the results at the central admission office in the university's administration building around 7pm.

A total of 28,248 candidates took part in the test for 1,250 seats under 'Ga' unit. Of them, only 4,168 students secured the pass mark or got more in the multiple choice question test containing 120 marks, said the DU VC. The highest score was 187.04 out of 200, he added.

Students, who have secured position in 1,250, were asked to fill in subject selection forms between September 25 and October 8. A total of 11,074 candidates took part in the 'Cha' unit test against 135 seats. Of them, only1,552 students secured the pass mark.

Those students who have passed the written test were asked to attend the drawing test on September 23.
