Popular actor-director Salauddin is nowadays seen in directing TV dramas mostly than acting in the dramas. But he usually appears in the TV dramas on different occasions. Likewise, he was seen acting in four tele-dramas during last Eid-ul-Azha. At the same time, two tele-dramas under his direction were immensely admired by the audience in last Eid. The drama serials were—10-episode ‘My Name Is Bed’ which was aired on ATN Bangla and seven-episode ‘Monsur Mala’ aired on Banglavision. The final episode of  Eid special drama serial ‘My Name Is Bed’ will be aired tonight on ATN Bangla.

On the other hand, Salauddin Lavlu has recently made an announcement of making his new drama serial soon. DhakaLive has news that Kazi Shahedul Islam has already started writing the story of the new drama serial. Lavlu informed that the title of the drama serial has yet to be finalised and it will be aired on Channel i.

Salauddin Lavlu said, “A drama serial titled ‘Sonar Pakhi Rupar Pakhi’ directed by me concluded with popularity on Channel i recently. Kazi Shahidul Islam is writing the story for my new drama serial. The audience will find the story of our everyday life in the upcoming drama serial. The shooting will begin soon.”

However, Salauddin Lavlu acted in four tele-dramas during last Eid, which were directed by Shamim Zaman, Ishtiaq Rumel, Himel Ashraf and Razib Rasul. Salauddin Lavlu’s presence in each tele-drama was highly appreciated by the viewers.
