‘Baby Driver’ a 2017 action comedy film written and directed by Edgar Wright, is being screened at the Star Cineplex in the capital’s Basundhara Shopping Mall.

The plot follows Baby, a young getaway driver who is coerced into working for a kingpin.

Talented getaway driver Baby (Ansel Elgort) relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game. After meeting the woman (Lily James) of his dreams, he sees a chance to ditch his shady lifestyle and make a clean break. Coerced into working for a crime boss (Kevin Spacey), Baby must face the music as a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom.

co-produced by Working Title Films and Big Talk Productions, the film premiered at South by Southwest on March 11, 2017 and was released theatrically on June 28.

As of July 10, 2017, Baby Driver has grossed $58.8 million in the United States and Canada and $14 million in other territories for a worldwide total of $72.9 million, against a production budget of $34 million.

 The film stars Ansel Elgort, Kevin Spacey, Lily James, Eiza González, Jon Hamm, Jamie Foxx and Jon Bernthal.
