SC won’t fall into traps set by different quarters: CJ
Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha yesterday said that the Supreme Court (SC) would not fall into the traps set by different quarters. He urged everyone to refrain from doing politics with the SC verdict that declared illegal the 16th Amendment to the Constitution. “We'll not fall into the traps set by the government or the opposition.
