BTRC blames bKash for SIM-linked swindling
Mobile financial service provider bKash was responsible for the fraudulent withdrawal of money through Robi connections in Chittagong recently, according to Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) Director General Brig Gen Emdad Ul Bari.
