The Election Commission has sought cooperation of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to tame the ruling party supporters and make them adhere to the electoral code of conduct properly, since there are allegations of breach of law against them, ahead of the municipality polls slated for December 30. “We have allegations that the ruling party men are violating the election code of conduct. We hope that those at different levels of the government will help us address the issue.
