Sale of adulterated fuel oil in filling stations across the country has become rampant, posing a massive threat to automobile engines, and causing huge revenue loss for the government. An investigation carried out by The Independent reveals that a good number of filling stations in nexus with some private sector refineries are illegally selling substandard fuel oil.
