Youth killed in Barisal

A youth was killed by mass beating in the city yesterday morning for his alleged involvement with the stealing of a mobile phone. 

The victim was identified as Md Nasir of Padrishibpur village under Bakerganj upazila. 
Md Asaduzaman, assistant commissioner of Barisal Metropolitan Police said after hearing the news police rushed to the spot and recovered the youth and admitted him to  Sher- e- Bangla Medical Collge Hospital (SBMCH). Later he died after a few time of the admission, he added. 
Police sent the body to the morgue for autopsy.
