Access to Information (a2i) Programme under Prime Minister's Office and National Board of Revenue (NBR) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deliver services to the citizens through Digital Center's located in Unions, Municipalities and City Corporations, reports UNB.
Senior Secretary of Internal Resources Division and Chairman of National Board of Revenue (NBR) Md Nojibur Rahman and Director General (Admin), Prime Minister's Office and Project Director of a2i Programme Kabir Bin Anwar signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
To achieve the Vision-2021 and to provide easy, quick and low cost services to the doorsteps of the citizens, the a2i has signed different MoUs with the government and non-government organisations, said a Sunday’s press statement.
The a2i Programme of the Prime Minister's Office-with technical support from UNDP and USAID launched the doorsteps services through Digital Center to engage and empower the Bangladeshi society.
