Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced a 24-member squad for the core training camp of the High Performance (HP) yesterday.
The squad has been formed with the blend of the future talent and experienced players. This year the BCB designed the intensive training programme for the HP unit in a different manner targeting the next home and away series coupled with the 2019 World Cup.
The board meanwhile inked a three-year-deal with Australian coach Simon Helmot for the programme, which will be kickstart since June 13 following their reporting on the preceding day.
Helmot is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka from Canberra on June 11.
