Abducted neonate handed over to parents

The abducted new born was handed over to his parent yesterday.  In a press conference Commander of RAB-8 Col. Md. Anwaruzaman handed over the baby to the parent.

The RAB-8 Commander said the three-day old neonatal was missing from the lap of mother at labour ward of Barisal Sher- e- Bangla Medical College Hospital (SBMCH) since June 4. The missing baby was a second son of Salma Begum and was born on June 1.
Anwar Hossain Akon, father of the baby filed a case in this connection with Barisal Kotwali model thana. Following the case, a team of RAB-8 started drive and  on June 6 arrested one Hawa Begum (45) from Amtoli under Barguna district. 
Getting information from Hawa, RAB-8 team conducted operation in Fatullah area of Narayanganj district on June 7 afternoon recovered abducted baby and arrested Rina Begum (22) and her husband Solayman Hosen.
