“Tamim is still confident that he took the catch cleanly. He couldn’t believe when third umpire rules it out. I think third umpire should take time and seeing the catch up close via video before giving the final verdict. However it’s umpire decision, so we haven’t have any say on it.”
The soft signal was however not out and that’s why the third umpire didn’t take much time.
As Morgan offered a catch, Tamim sprinted from the long-on and dived in front to take the catch superbly. But when on-field umpire Sundaram Ravi gave the soft signal not out, Tamim looked surprised.
