The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has invited applications from candidates interested to appear in the 14th teachers’ registration examinations, 2017. Interested candidates have been asked to make online applications, starting at 3 pm on June 6. The applications can be filed till is till 6pm on July 10, the NTRCA authority said in a circular on May 30.
The candidates would have to sit for a preliminary test in the first phase. Those who clear it would have to sit for a written test. Finally, the successful candidates of the written test will be called for viva-voce. The preliminary test for school-level teachers will be held at 10 am on August 25, while the college-level preliminary test will be held at 3 pm on August 25. The test duration will be one hour.
The 100-mark preliminary test will have subjects such as Bangla, English, General Knowledge, and General Maths.
The preliminary tests would be held at centres in Rangpur, Dinajpur, Bogra, Pabna, Rajshahi, Jessore, Khulna, Kushtia, Dhaka, Faridpur, Tangail, Rangamati, Chittagong, Comilla, Noakhali, Barisal, Patuakhali, Sylhet, Mymensingh and Jamalpur.
The written test for school level teachers would be held at 9 am on December 8, while the college-level written test would be held at 9 am on December 9 The 100-mark exams would last three hours.
