Youth arrested with arms, bullet in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Police arrested a youth with a single barrel gun and a round of cartridge from city's Bakalia area today, reports BSS. The arrested was identified as Ali Akbar, 29, hailed from Raipur thana of Lakshmipur district. Officer-in-charge (OC) Bakalia thana Pranab Chowdhury said police on secret information arrested Akbar with the gun and a round of bullet from Khalpar area of Bogarbill under city's Bakalia thana in the early hours of today. A case was filed against him.
