Jayawardene made Khulna head coach

Khulna Titans appointed former Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene as their head coach ahead of the forthcoming edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a press release of Khulna Titans said.
The franchisee team inked a two-year deal with the former Sri Lanka captain, who played for Dhaka Dynamites in the last version of the cash-rich Twenty20 tournament.
There have been occasion when a team has hired him as a mentor and a player. This will be the Sri Lanka legend’s second stint as a coach following his grand success with Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians clinched its third IPL title defeating Rising Pune Supergiant in the finale of the 10th edition of IPL earlier this month.
