Bus helper killed in road accident

Comilla: A bus helper was killed and six passengers were injured as a bus plunged into a roadside ditch on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Kala Kochua area of Burichong upazila yesterday morning, reports UNB.
Abdus Salam, sub-inspector of Moynamati Highway Police Outpost, said the Chittagong-bound ‘Soudia Paribahan’ bus fell into the ditch as the driver lost control over the steering and hit a tree, leaving the unidentified bus helper dead on the spot and six passengers injured. The injured were admitted to Comilla Medical College Hospital.
