A case was filed against two college teachers in Rajshahi over the recovery of some 100 answer scripts of the recently held Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examinations under Rajshahi Education Board from a residential hall of Rajshahi University (RU), reports UNB. The two teachers are—Dr. Abul Kalam Azad of Islamic History department of New Govt Degree College, and Masudul Islam, lecturer of Islamic History department in Shah Makhdum College. Dr. Tarun Kumar Sarker , examination controller of Rajshahi Education Board, filed the case with Boalia Police Station on Thursday evening under Public Examinations (Offences) Act, 1980, said Solaiman Haque, sub-inspector of the police station. Earlier on May 22, some 100 unevaluated answer scripts of Islamic History of the HSC examinations were recovered in an abandoned condition from the corridor of Munnujan Hall of RU.
