HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, announced that its first Nokia smartphone range – comprising of the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 – will be available to buy nationwide in Bangladesh alongside the Nokia 3310 from June. The announcement was made at a press conference held yesterday in the capital’s Westin Ballroom, says a press release.
Sandeep Gupta, Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific, Thailand and Emerging Asia, HMD Global, Flann Gao, Communication Director, HMD Global, Henri Matilla, Head of Product Marketing, Asia Pacific, HMD Global, Arif Iftekhar Rabbi, Head of Marketing, Southeast Asia Emerging Markets, HMD Global were also present at the conference. Nokia 6 delivers has a 5.5” full HD screen and priced at Tk 22,500. Nokia 5 includes an 8MP and priced at Tk 15,990. The Nokia 3 features a fully laminated 5” IPS display and priced at Tk 12,500. While the Nokia 3310 is priced at Tk 4,250.
