Youth held with firearm

Police held a young man along with a foreign-made 'firearm' from the Basabo area of the capital on Wednesday night, reports UNB Police said they held Wahedul Islam, 21, around 11:15am along with a revolver and 14 bullets following a report posted on the official website of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). A case was filed with Sabujbagh Police Station in this connection.
