Popular singer Sumon’s track ‘Tomar Jonno’ from the 2005 album ‘Megher Deshe’ has been featured as the title song for the tele-drama ‘Bhinno Rakam Prem’. Written and directed by Asif Iqbal Jewel, the tele-drama includes the four minute track in its entirety. The cast includes Nayem, Anika, Kabir Shok, among others. Director Asif Iqbal Jewel said, “Sumon is definitely one of my favourite musical artistes. This particular song by him is simply perfect for my tele-drama. The song has been used for the story and they both blend in perfectly. That is why I used the song with his consent” To note, ‘Tomar Jonno’ was also made into a music video after its release. The album ‘Megher Deshe’ by Sumon was a tribute to legendary American singer John Denver.. l
