Khulna to observe Global Tiger Day today

KHULNA: The Khulna Circle of Sundarbans Forest Division and Khulna District Administration have jointly taken up different programmes to observe Global Tiger Day today in a befitting manner, reports BSS. The programmes include a colourful rally and a discussion meeting. Conservator of forests in charge of Khulna circle Dr Sunil Kumar Kundu has been made convener of the Global Tiger day-2015 Observance Committee. Kundu said a colourful rally will be brought out from the office of the deputy commissioner at 9 am and a discussion meeting will be held at the auditorium of Khulna Officers Club from 10am.
