HATIL opens showroom in Nepal

HATIL, country’s one of the leading furniture brands, has opened its first showroom at Kathmandu in Nepal recently, the company said in a press statement. 

The 3000 sqft showroom located in the Tripura Marg area, is showcasing--sofa, bed, dining set, wardrobe, showcase, divan, closet, TV cabinets of the brand.
Inaugurating the showroom, Deepak Bohara, minister for supply of Nepal, said “Nepal’s furniture market has long been dominated by the imports from China, Thailand, Malaysia and Turkey. But I am convinced, thanks to the supreme quality of HATIL furniture, this Bangladeshi brand is soon going to be a favorite among Nepalese if positioned competitively.” 
“We had a privilege to visit HATIL’s furniture factory in Bangladesh and a few showrooms there. Their strict policy to quality, craftsmanship and their knack for modern designs just hooked us. Comparing to the imported furniture sold here in Nepal, I can say, HATIL’s are way ahead by any measure,” says Akhil Chapagain, chairman of Akhil Trading Concern Pvt Limited, the franchise partner of HATIL’s Nepal showroom. 
Mashfee Binte Shams, ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal, Mafruha Sultana, vice chairman and CEO of Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), were also present on the occasion. 
With the opening of Nepal showroom, HATIL clinched a feat of opening four overseas showrooms in a row, said a press statement. Currently HATIL has overseas showrooms in Sydney, Toronto, Bhutan and Nepal with a plan to open a few more in Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Colombo soon.
