Schoolgirl violated

Dinajpur: A minor schoolgirl was raped at Sahajpur Fakirpara village of Khansama upazila on Monday morning, reports UNB.Sources of the upazila administration said Somsed Ali, son of Syed Islam Ali, of the village, took a class III student of the local school to a maize field alluring her with cash gifts and violated her there, leaving her injured.The injured girl was admitted to Dinajpur M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital.
Following complaints of the victim’s family, the local administration conducted a drive at the village and arrested Somsed, said Sajebur Rahman, executive magistrate of the upazila.
