The fourth round matches of the Dhaka Premier League (DPL) will roll onto at three different grounds in Dhaka and its adjoining areas today after two-times delay following the country-wide downpours.
Abahani Limited will take on Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.
At Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothisthan (BKSP), Prime Doleshwar Cricket Club will face off Gazi Group Cricketers at Ground-3, while Legends of Rupganj will lock horns with Kalabagan Krira Chakra at Ground-4.
A total of 11 national players from three clubs will play their last game before boarding on plane for England.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza and Mushfiqur Rahim will feature for Legends, while Mahmudullah Riyad, Mosaddek Hossain Saikat, Taskin Ahmed, Mohammad Saifuddin and Sanjamul Islam will play for Abahani.
Shafiul Islam, Nasir Hossain, Mominul Haque will get down for Gazi Group, whilst Nurul Hasan Sohan will field for Sheikh Jamal.
The 18-national players sans Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman will take off for England via Dubai by a flight of Emirate Airlines in the early hours of Thursday (1:15am).
Both Shakib and Mustafiz, who are in India for Indian Premier League (IPL), will join the team in Sussex, England in the first week of May.
For this, Tamim Iqbal and Mehedi Hasan Miraj of Mohammedan Sporting Club, whereas Soumya Sarkar, Rubel Hossain and Sabbir Rahman Ruman will fly not to play the fourth round matches.
