4th AGM of NRBC Bank held in city

The 4th annual general meeting (AGM) of NRBC Bank (NRB Commercial Bank Limited) was held at a hotel in the capital yesterday, the bank said in a press statement. 

Farasath Ali, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved 12 per cent dividend for the year and financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2016. 
Among others, the meeting was attended by Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, vice chairman of the bank, Mohammed Manzurul Islam, chairman, executive committee, Nuran Nabi, chairman, audit committee, and other senior executives of the bank, the statement added.
