Warning signal three at all maritime ports

The maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal number 3 as steep pressure 'Gradient' lies over the North Bay, reports UNB. Heavy rainfall is likely to take place at places over Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, Barisal and Chittagong divisions, said a Met Office bulletin.Landslides may also occur at places over the hilly regions of Chittagong and Sylhet divisions, added the weather bulletin. All the fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay have been advised to come close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
