Fakhrul off to S�pore for treatment
BNP Acting Secretary General Fakrul Islam Alamgir yesterday left Dhaka for Singapore for better medical treatment.
He, along with his wife Rahat Ara Begum, left Shahjalal International Airport yesterday in a Singapore Airlines flight, party sources said.
Six months after his arrest, Fakhrul walked out of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) prison cell on July 14.
He has been suffering from the blockage in the nerve of his neck (carotid arteries) and critical Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) problem.
