Veteran Journalist Anisur Rahman Selim died yesterday at the age of 75 at his home in the capital due to old-age complications. Born in Comilla, he worked with The Financial Express from its inception until 2013. He had served as the chief sub-editor of the daily for a long time. He had also worked for different newspapers in his long career as a journalist and was a permanent member of the National Press Club. He was also in the teaching profession before starting his career in journalism that spanned for 40 years.
