IGP accords reception to diplomats

Inspector General of Police (IGP) AKM Shahidul Haque yesterday accorded a reception to foreign diplomats working here on the occasion of Bengali New Year, reports BSS. Diplomats and dignitaries attended the function arranged at the Diplomatic Security Division compound of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in city's Gulshan area. Ambassadors and High Commissioners of the Netherlands, Sweden, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, the Maldives, Brazil, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Libya, Saudi Arabia, France, Russia, China, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates attended the function.
