MADARIPUR: Minister for Industries Amir Hossain Amu said yesterday the BNP is bluffing the people over Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's India tour as the party has no clear statement regarding agreements with India, reports BSS.The minister was talking to journalists at a programme in Sri Sri Radha Govinda Jio Temple organized on the occasion of it's centenary celebration.Amu said the quarters which remained in power for long 21 years after the assassination of Bangabandhu, made no agreements, including on Farakka and Hill Tracts, in the greater interests of the country.
On the contrary, he said, all the agreements made by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina were aimed at ensuring welfare to the people.President of the temple Amullah Kunda, the function was attended, among others, by Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury MP, State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Chandra Shikdar, State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Narayan Chandra Chanda and journalist Shaymol Datta.
