RANGPUR: State Minister for Social Welfare Nuruzzaman Ahmed, MP, has called upon everybody to stand beside the autistic, disabled and neuro-developmentally disabled children to flourish their inherent talents, reports BSS.
"The autistic children and children with special needs could be turned into productive human resources to ensure their participation in the national building process through taking their proper care," he said. The state minister said this at the brief discussion on 'Autism and other forms of disabilities' organised by Rangpur Pain Paralyses and General Hospital (RPPGH) at its auditorium in the city on Friday night as the chief guest.
