63rd CPA conference in November

The 63rd Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Conference will be held in Dhaka in November, reports UNB.
Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury and chairperson of the executive committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) came up with the information when a Canadian delegation, now attending the 136th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) assembly, met her at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city on Tuesday.
"An initiative has been taken for holding the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Conference here in November," she said.
Earlier, the CPA conference was scheduled to be held in Dhaka in September last but it was postponed afterthe Gulshan terror attack.
