REB cricket title for Conductor XI

Conductor department lifted the Rural Electrification Board (REB) cricket title beating Hardware department in the final at Uttara Club on Saturday.

Hardware collected 62 runs in stipulated eights over and in reply Conductor XI overhauled the target losing a couple of wickets. Nure Alam of Conductor XI was man of the final, while Md Alauddin of Hardware bagged the man of the tournament title.
REB chairman Major General Moeenuddin distributed prizes as chief guest. Apart from friendly cricket tournament, table tennis, carom, bridge and ludo events were also held on the occasion.
