Dhaka Travel Mart sees transaction of Tk 5cr

The international travel fair -- Dhaka Travel Mart -- that concluded on Saturday witnessed more than 15,000 visitors and transaction worth over Tk 5 crore, says a press statement.

Editor of the Bangladesh Monitor and Chairman of Dhaka Travel Mart Kazi Wahidul Alam disclosed this at the closing ceremony of US-Bangla Airways Dhaka Travel Mart-2017 which was held at a hotel in the capital. 
Airlines and tour operators sold air tickets and holiday packages, while hotels and resorts took advance booking at the 14th edition of the show, according to the statement.
