Chapainawabganj:Six people, including three women, sustained burn injures in a boiler explosion at a rice mill in Khoarmore area of Gomostapur upazila yesterday morning,
reports UNB.Saiful Islam, in-charge of Gomostapur upazila fire station, said the boiler of Nazrul Auto Rice Mill went off with a big bang around 6.30am, leaving Zafar Ali, Rasel Ali and Saddam Ali, workers of the rice mill, injured.
At one stage, the wreckage of the blast fell on a house, leaving Aziran Begum, Rina Begum and Jesmine Begum injured.
The injured were admitted to Gomostapur Upazila Health Complex from where Zafar and Rasel were referred to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital as their condition deteriorated.
